Length and duration
Engagements are typically between six and twelve 1-hour sessions over a six-month or twelve month period. The number, length and frequency of sessions are tailored to each client and sessions can fit in around your work and travel schedule.
I also offer an individual Thought Starter session for those who wish to access an objective viewpoint without committing to a full coaching package.
engagement and confidentiality
You can engage me directly if you prefer the coaching to be completely independent from your firm or employer. Coaching sessions are always 100% confidential unless you request otherwise.

I can provide a coaching proposal to take to your managing partner or employer. Connect with me first to discuss your needs.
Additional support
All clients have access to the email, phone contact and support between individual coaching sessions.
